Development and implementation of a mobile solution, based on SAP PM and Movilizer Planning Board. The operations manager receives PM notifications on SAP and generates the PM Orders, that are sent to the Planning Board. There he can review and assign the orders to the technicians to organize the work flow. The planning board synchronises with all the terminal of the employees, providing them with the orders that they must accomplish. The technicians will execute the orders, registering all the relevant info (status of the order, text descriptions, time confirmations, planned and unplanned materials used, photos…) on their terminals, and it will be automatically synchronised with SAP, where the operations manager can definitely close the order, or reassign it if it’s needed.
