In May 2023, the PICAE was launched, promoted by the Clúster de Hábitat Eficiente (AEICE), with the participation of the Asociación de Eficiencia Energética (A3E) and a consortium of companies, including Movicoders.

The objective of the European project, financed with European Next Generation EU funds through the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, is to promote the buying and selling of Energy Saving Certificates (CAES).
