Information Security Policy

Information Security in the provision of the service is the objective on which the activities carried out by MOVICODERS are based.

To meet the objectives MOVICODERS is committed to:

• To provide services in an optimal and efficient manner, satisfying the needs and expectations of customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure that the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the services provided by MOVICODERS are complied with.
• Continuous improvement through the establishment and fulfillment of objectives that guarantee it.
• To use part of its resources in R&D&I projects, in order to achieve the objectives and priorities of our company’s research, development and technological innovation policy.
• Allocate the necessary resources to achieve the Information Security Management objectives defined by MOVICODERS.
• To permanently analyze the information gathered during the performance of activities, as well as that issued by customers, in order to correct and prevent failures and improve processes and services.
• Establish a documented system to ensure compliance with the guidelines assumed herein.
• Promoting the secure, responsible, and authorized use of artificial intelligence tools within the organization, ensuring at all times the protection of information, especially personal data, confidential information, and corporate assets. The use of such tools shall be carried out in accordance with applicable internal regulations, through previously authorized tools, ensuring human oversight of outputs, compliance with applicable legal requirements, proper management of risks associated with third-party providers, and ongoing staff training in the responsible use of these technologies.

All MOVICODERS personnel must know, understand and apply this Policy, and MOVICODERS takes the appropriate measures to ensure that this is the case.

In order to achieve these goals, MOVICODERS maintains an Information Security Management System based on the requirements of the ISO 27001 standard, aimed at carrying out the activities it performs with excellence.
