Driving Sustainable Traceability at Sustainability Day 2025

Movicoders reinforces its commitment to sustainability and traceability at Sustainability Day 2025.

Movicoders has participated in a new edition of Sustainability Day 2025, held at the Reina Sofía Museum in Madrid, a leading event in the field of sustainability, innovation, and business transformation.

The conference brought together experts, business leaders, and institutional representatives to address current challenges in ESG, sustainable transition, mobility, social inclusion, and regulatory compliance. During the ten round tables and four workshops that made up the event, strategies, trends, and success stories were shared, charting the course for organizations toward a more responsible and competitive future.

One of the workshops, entitled “Turning traceability into an advantage before 2026”, was given by our technical director, Carmelo Marín, together with Mario Romero, from osapiens. This session offered a practical vision on how to prepare companies to comply with the European Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) and turn this process into an opportunity for improvement and differentiation in the European market.

During the workshop, a roleplay exercise was proposed, allowing attendees to identify the main steps to carry out an effective checklist for regulatory compliance. The importance of leveraging technology to facilitate traceability and documentation processes was also highlighted, as well as the value of digital solutions such as osapiensHUB, which automate data management and improve communication with international suppliers.
It was also emphasized that the use of technology can simplify compliance with the EUDR and become a competitive advantage before 2026.

The closing of Sustainability Day 2025 was marked by the presentation of the awards for the best Sustainability Actions 2025 to various entities, a recognition of initiatives that inspire through their leadership and commitment to sustainability.
