Movicoders, recognized as a Healthy Company and integrated into the RAES

The Government of Aragon has accredited us as a Healthy Company, officially incorporating us into the Aragonese Network of Healthy Companies (RAES). This recognition highlights our commitment to the well-being of the people who make up Movicoders and endorses the work carried out in recent years to promote healthy lifestyle habits within the organization.

A project focused on the physical, mental, and social health of the staff

The presented project, “Promotion of Healthy Habits through Sports and the Company’s Sports Team”, arises after identifying the need to reduce sedentary lifestyles, obesity, and smoking among staff, as reflected in the prevention service reports.

The initiative is based on a simple but powerful idea: to promote sport as a lever for health and internal cohesion. Since 2022, Movicoders has been promoting a sports team that participates in cycling events, popular races, nature activities, and charity events. Senior management has taken on an exemplary role by actively participating in these activities, reinforcing the corporate culture of well-being.

Sports activities and social action

In recent years, the company has participated in sporting events such as the 104 km cycling race in Huesca, the Aspace March, the Race for Science, among others. In addition, Movicoders contributes to local sport by sponsoring entities such as CB Peñas Huesca, Quebrantahuesos Rugby, and Club Bádminton Huesca.

The promotion of well-being has also included initiatives such as the Km 0 Solidarity Lunches, in collaboration with local entities such as Down Huesca, combining healthy habits and social support.

Looking to the future

The healthy plan will continue to be developed during the period 2025–2027, with new sports and social activities.
