Security policy

Introduction

MOVICODERS top management establishes, approves, disseminates to all levels of the organization, implements, monitors and reviews the Information Security policy it considers most appropriate for the organization to achieve its Information Security objectives.

To achieve this, MOVICODERS’ top management ensures that the policy:

• It is the right one to make the organization’s purpose a reality.
• It is the appropriate framework to establish and review the objectives of Information Security, in order to achieve them under the pre-established conditions.
• It includes a commitment to meet the requirements of Confidentiality, Availability and Integrity within the scope of the organization’s ISMS and to continually improve the effectiveness of the ISMS itself.
• Once the Information Security Policy has been approved, it is published in the different media available to the organization, so that all personnel are aware of it.
• It is communicated to the entire organization, verifying that it is correctly understood by the different levels of the organization, and then it is implemented throughout the organization.
• The Information Security Policy of THE ORGANIZATION is reviewed annually, to ensure its continuous adequacy to the purpose of the organization, to the nature of its activities, and as a commitment to compliance with customer requirements and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

Information Security Policy

Information Security in the provision of the service is the objective on which the activities carried out by MOVICODERS are based.

To meet the objectives MOVICODERS is committed to:

• To provide services in an optimal and efficient manner, satisfying the needs and expectations of customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure that the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the services provided by MOVICODERS are complied with.
• Continuous improvement through the establishment and fulfillment of objectives that guarantee it.
• To use part of its resources in R&D&I projects, in order to achieve the objectives and priorities of our company’s research, development and technological innovation policy.
• Allocate the necessary resources to achieve the Information Security Management objectives defined by MOVICODERS.
• To permanently analyze the information gathered during the performance of activities, as well as that issued by customers, in order to correct and prevent failures and improve processes and services.
• Establish a documented system to ensure compliance with the guidelines assumed herein.

All MOVICODERS personnel must know, understand and apply this Policy, and MOVICODERS takes the appropriate measures to ensure that this is the case.

In order to achieve these goals, MOVICODERS maintains an Information Security Management System based on the requirements of the ISO 27001 standard, aimed at carrying out the activities it performs with excellence.
