Rehaviva
The REHAVIVA program is an intelligent system designed to promote sustainable and efficient housing rehabilitation at the urban level.
The system, built on the concept of open data, will serve on the one hand as an open and organized repository of public information on housing rehabilitation, and on the other hand as a decision-making tool for local administrations and companies in the rehabilitation subsector.
Summary and actions
The main objective of the project is the design and development of the REHAVIVA Intelligent Information System, conceived for the collection, processing and massive analysis of indicator data on the different aspects that affect the value chain of the building and housing rehabilitation activity.
Objectives
- Research in the application of information technologies and data analysis for its application in the specific context of building renovation.
- Analyze the sources of information available on urban rehabilitation processes and identify the technologies needed to ensure the collection of contextualized data of sufficient quality and reliability.
- To develop an Intelligent Information System that responds to the specific needs of Municipalities, Construction Companies and Professionals, generating shared value along the entire value chain.
- Promote the energy rehabilitation of buildings, advance in their sustainability and efficiency and in meeting the decarbonization objectives of cities.
- To protect the interests of citizens by providing them with structured information on rehabilitation processes and a decision support tool for the rehabilitation of their buildings.
- Demonstrate the added value of the solution through its implementation in real operating conditions in 2 cities representative for their size and housing rehabilitation activity such as Zaragoza and Valladolid.
- Incorporate innovative solutions and technologies for analysis and decision support in the urban rehabilitation and renovation sector.
- Promote the advancement of ICT technologies and solutions based on massive data and their specific application in the construction sector.
- Promote the opening of a future market for companies associated in AEICE and TECNARA from the development of solutions created in cooperation between the two sectors that are applicable to the promotion of both housing rehabilitation and the development of solutions based on highly replicable ICT's.
- Promote effective collaboration between the AEICE and TECNARA Clusters and in turn of these with their partners in a joint proposal to promote digital transformation in the construction sector and the rehabilitation of buildings based on the approaches of Industry 4.0.
- Realize a multidisciplinary and collaborative public-private intercluster approach in the field of the building renovation subsector, offering an innovative solution for sharing information relevant to all levels of the building renovation value chain.
- To build the design of a business network (Clusters-Companies-Knowledge and Innovation Centers) for the creation of shared value in building rehabilitation processes.
- Improve the competitiveness of the member companies of the AEI's participating in the project.
