PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data collected on our website are processed in compliance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as well as with Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights.

We also guarantee that personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, and is collected for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes, remaining limited to those purposes and kept up to date where necessary. Data subjects will not be identified for longer than necessary, and their security will be ensured through appropriate technical and organizational measures.

Why do we process your data and what allows us to do so? Why are we allowed to process your data?

Personal data will be processed by the responsible entity when you provide it by completing registration or contact forms, sending emails, or calling by phone.

The data will be processed for the purpose of communicating with interested parties by any means and responding to inquiries and requests for information.

  • Responding to inquiries and requests for information. When an interested party sends us an inquiry or request for information, we process their data with their consent to respond to the inquiry or request.

  • We also use Google reCAPTCHA (hereinafter referred to as “reCAPTCHA”) on our websites. reCAPTCHA is used to verify whether data entered on our website (for example, in a contact form) was entered by a human or an automated program. To this end, reCAPTCHA analyzes website visitor behavior based on various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor accesses it. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various pieces of information (for example, IP address, the time the visitor has spent on the website, or the user’s mouse movements). The data collected during the analysis is sent to Google. reCAPTCHA analyses are performed entirely in the background. The processing of this data is based on a legitimate interest in protecting our site against spam and abusive automated crawling. Who do we provide your data to?

We may communicate personal data to third-party providers in charge of processing, with the sole purpose of providing us with certain services following our instructions without using the data for their own purposes and in order to carry out the activities that are our own, or to the competent public authorities in compliance with legal obligations.

How do we guarantee the security of your data?
